Scope
These terms govern the use of floorballcentre.com and all subpages operated by FloorballCentre (FBC).
Service
FBC provides editorial and automatically collected floorball data free of charge. We may change, extend or discontinue features at any time; there is no claim to permanent availability.
Accounts
An account is optional and used for favourites, notifications, votes and community posts. You are responsible for the activity under your account and must provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Community content
Rumours and comments are user-generated opinions, not confirmed transfers. Prohibited: insults, hate speech, defamation, private data of third parties, spam and copyright infringement. Contributions are moderated automatically and manually; editors may delete content without notice.
Market values
Market values are model-based estimates by FBC. They are not offers, valuations or official figures and must not be used as a basis for contracts or betting decisions.
Data and intellectual property
Layout, design, texts, logo and the compiled database are protected. Automated extraction, scraping, bulk downloads or commercial redistribution of our data are not permitted without written consent. Short quotes with a link to the source page are welcome.
Liability
We work carefully but cannot guarantee that data is complete, current or error-free. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. External links are outside our control.
Governing law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of FloorballCentre, as far as legally permissible.
